how to use nvidia optimus?

Thread Starter
I have nvidia optimus on my laptop but when I want to play minecraft it still uses my integrated intel hd 3000 instead of switching to 555m. How do I manually change to this gpu?

Thanks guys

Not in front of my laptop right now to check the exact wording you should be able to right click the .exe and choose which gpu to use.

When you right click on the minecraft shortcut does it give you an option to choose the graphics card? If not in the nvidia control panel go to manage 3d settings then click on program settings tab
