New to Folding

Ok, so I decided to fire up the Pentium setup today and though I might start folding. I need some pointers and stuff like that to help my folding output, would like to use both the GPU and CPU. Suggestions?

Since you don't have a nVidia GPU, I wouldn't bother to fold on it.

It would be close on either smp (CPU) or GPU output.
But if you fold on the GPU it will require a hole core from the CPU, and then you would could fold on a uni core for the other core.
