I need help deciding on a high End PSU

Thread Starter
One of my PC's power supplies is going so I decided instead of buy another 500w supply for the broken computer, I'd go ahead I just upgrade My sig rig and rotate my psu's between my rigs.

So I have narrowed it down to these 3....I don't want to go over $200 dollars.....

1)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817814019 seems good but I have never hear of the brand.

2)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703028, leaning towards this one seems good bang for your buck.....

3)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817171049, good reviews but I've read that lots of folks have problems with this brand...

I just want a power supply that will last me through a couple of upgrades and be somewhat future proof.....any advice would be appreciated thank.....

Corsair TX750. More than enough power to run 3 way CF and a 125w processor. I think there around $140. And they are very quite and well made. Plus with the modular version less cable clutter.

The ABS unit is ATNG, is good up untill ~900W, above that ripple slips pretty bad.. but really, none of the units you listed is 'high end'

What's your budget and what do you want/need to power with this PSU?

Here you go; Lightning 800W, SX 850W, ZX 850, XXX Edition 850 and Strider Plus 1000

Pick what you like the most, performance wise they go like this:
Lightning 800 > XXX Edition 850 > SX 850 ~ Stride Plus 1000 ~ ZX 850

I wouldn't go with Roswill, Cougar, or XFX for a PSU. Not trying to be mean, but most of those are bad suggestions for a PSU. I haven't read reviews on those particular models, but those companies as a whole are not known for high quality PSUs. When shopping for a PSU, go with a well known, high quality manufacturer.

That deal on the AX850 is awesome, as Corsair is known for making very high quality and reliable PSUs.
