The rest of it should be fine, though I also tend to feel that Asus makes a better product than their sister company ASRock and would recommend the ASUS P8P67 PRO which is the same board, but typically comes with better components in my experience.
ASRock is no longer a sub company of Asus. Asus hasnt been the parent company for a few years now actually. The PSU is actually a really good unit.
I suggest a WD over the F3. Warranty, Customer Service, Reliability with the WD drives just seem much better. I've seen a lot of people reporting DOA, etc with the F3's lately.
