As with any BIOS flashing, when the motherboard backup BIOS kicks in without user awares of it, he might reset or shutdown during the process will definitely brick the board BIOS due to flash failure.
OP, pull CMOS battery out for couple of hours see if it would reset it.

Yes, you need to rename it to either "stock.rom" or "stock.bin", atiflash can execute those extensions.
BTW, the BIOS you flashed it to is older than your stock BIOS. Just don't know why you did that.Edited by Ken1649 - 10/16/11 at 2:30am
