MSI Alex would be your best bet to talk to, the other option is to go ask for a rep on the nvidia forums.

Seems like returning this is going to be difficult

Thank you for shopping with O.co. I am sorry to hear that your NVIDIA 1G GeForce GT240 DDR3 Graphics Card was received damaged. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you in this matter.

When an item arrives damaged in transit we ask you to hold on to the item for 10 business days from the return initiation date. This is to allow time for the carrier to come and inspect the item. If they do not show up within that time frame please dispose of the item.

You will be notified that a refund has been issued as soon as the carrier advises us that we may file a claim on the merchandise. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and assure you we will do everything in our power to rectify this situation in a timely manner.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact me by replying directly to this email. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

the shipping was a problem, but the main problem is that the card is a fake.
Its not really a GT 240.....
