Ahh, well that's pretty definitively a defective pump then, I was just hoping there may be another answer. Anyhow, I'd RMA that baby. If you're tired of it, sell the new RMA and buy a different pump. If budget is tight, I'd suggest one of the jingway rebrands.

Or for a bit more any of the Laing or Laing rebrands (PMP450,PMP400,MCP655,MPC355,MCP35X) are good and reliable.

I had one of those I sold used on ebay, the buyer complained it was dead. I sold my RMA return on ebay for ~$40 and bought on of BMaverick's pumps. $35 shipped for a brand new pump. Add you an XSPC res top and you're better than new!
