NZXT Phantom vs Antec Nine Hundred V3

Hey guys, which of the two cases would you recommend for my build in a few months time? Feel free to make other suggestions, but they must be <$250NZ (www.pricespy.co.nz to check NZ prices if you wish).

The Phantom goes for $250NZ while the Antec is $170, so theres a substantial difference there, I would also be getting an additional 140mm fan for the front of the Phantom as it seems to be lacking one.

Basically what I want to know is which one is better? Not based on aesthetics, as I like the look of both cases, but purely on functionality i.e. cable management, cooling etc. I won't be changing parts frequently so don't mind if the HDD bays etc aren't super fast to swap out.

Other components:
i5 2500k with maybe a Megahalem cooler, not 100% sure on the cooler yet.
Not sure on mobo yet, but ATX sized.
2 x 2GB of Ripjaws X 1600 MHz.
GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr.
Corsair AX 750 (or maybe a Seasonic one, will depend on prices at time of buying).
2 x HDD
1 x DVD

Thanks in advance for any help!

P.S. I don't want to mod my case at all btw, nearest I'll go to that is adding the front fan on the Phantom.

Its meant to be "NZXT Phantom vs Antec Nine Hundred V3". Is there a way to change it? Or could a mod do it?
