Best way to monitor folding status?

I am new to folding but I plan on folding with my sig rig over night and while I am at school, so basically 16 hours a day. I used the SMP client like Zodac suggested and everything is running fine in CMD.

However, I tried the folding monitor in the guide but it would not track anything for me. I set it up exactly as Zodac posted in the guide. When 1% of the WU was finished, nothing appeared in the folding monitor.

Also, lets say I am at 37%. If I close the smp application, will it still record the 37% or will it not record anything at all since it did not complete a WU?

What does the program say? Which guide did you follow for monitoring?

When using the console client I always hit Ctrl+C to close it. It will remember where it was and continue where it left off when it is started again.

Also, welcome to the team.
