Do all that business online.
You can basically do everything that they can do for you online.
Not sure why you'd have to call billing though, unless some people like to run up charges. And then complain when they have to pay for it.

Well there goes any chance of me picking it up, might buy a used one later on or something to mess around with

At&t sucks!! left them long ago!!

They said this is temporary, maybe not to overload their services on the first week or so, I don't know, but they should drop that shortly.

Could you care to explain how exactly handheld consoles aren't relevant anymore?

AT&T does suck. And they have the nerve to call my house and convince me to leave VOIP, use an analog land-line, and 3 Mbps Internet? Get out.

I do third party work for business customers of AT&T and I end up having to call billing on a daily basis for the customers for various reasons... Wont go into detail but they are issues that cant be resolved online, only over the phone.

14.8 trillion / 124.280 billion =
14,000,000,000,000 / 124,280,000,000 = 112.64

So it would be roughly 1/113th of the GDP. Also, income isn't the same as profit. Nevertheless I agree completely that the data caps are unnecessary from a profit standpoint, they could be required due to network capabilities, which it doesn't seem AT&T is in a hurry to fix, which is understandable given how much money they're making off their data caps.

Shouldn't be caps in the first place. Doesn't surprise me this being AT&T were talking about.
