Conspiracy is the problem

Now just imagine what type of influence atnt has.
1/20th of 14.8 Trillion is actually 740 Billion.

So it would be roughly 1/113th of the GDP. Also, income isn't the same as profit. Nevertheless I agree completely that the data caps are unnecessary from a profit standpoint, they could be required due to network capabilities, which it doesn't seem AT&T is in a hurry to fix, which is understandable given how much money they're making off their data caps.
Income is the same as profit. What you meant was "Revenue is not the same as profit/income/earnings," just like the guy who posted it in the first place.

No, income and profit are not the same thing. Revenue and income are analogs.

Income = revenue = the total amount of money a business derived from services/sales. Profit is their total income/revenue minus operating expenses (and other expenses).

The old all-in-one prediction again...

Seriously, the only thing phones are truly good at is doing phone-related tasks. No smartphone feature out there will beat a dedicated device, unless you're comparing a high-end phone with a truly low-cost device.

Dedicated cameras are better, and so are portable media players and handheld consoles. While the idea of having many things packed in one is great, as long as the battery lasts long, I wouldn't give up on buying and using dedicated devices.

Handheld consoles aren't going anywhere, there's still a BIG market out there. It won't simply shrink and die like that in a few years.

Yeah, their business practice is horrendous for the most part.
I will agree about the rollover minutes being awesome though. I have a TON of them. But, trust me, they're way in the hell behind someone like verizon in terms of the quality of infrastructure especially for things like fiber-optic, as far as I know. Their "4g" lte is also pretty behind. And yeah they may make a ton of money, but how much of that is going towards new equipment, new technology. I'm not defending ATT, I'm merely stating a side of things which should be considered.

Yeah.. surely this was some sort of clerical error. Meant to be "20GB" came out "20MB" ?

Anyone else agree, or are we all in "AT&T are the devil" mode?
