well i have now got my pc at 3.7 with 1.40v and ran prime95 for 2 hours with max temps of 52c. i know you will prob say 2 hours isn`t enough but i only game with my pc and it will never be stressed like prime95.

i did try for 3.8 with 1.45v but even my idle temps were 38c and they are normally 29c as soon as i turned on my pc, so i am help with 3.7. its the same as the phenom 980 i was talking about b4, so i have saved £130 lol

38c is fine man, wont hurt your CPU. Its your load temps that can damage your CPU, not 30-40c idle temps.

my idle temps are normally 29c. also the volts was always showing as being at 1.45 even when the pc wasn`t really doing anything. something just wasn`t sitting easy with me maybe i put the volts up to high and should of gone with 1.425 ?

im gonna stay at 3.7 for now tho, might try for 3.8 next week
