Hi there this is my 1st forum and 1st day making this thread and i'll like to say there's many people that replies to people fast this why i made this thread for HELP!

So im wondering if my laptop is capable to overclock the graphic card and is it safe to do so it dont overheat or die & i just want higher fps and my laptop is inspiron 1545 windows 7 home premium and my specs are

Processer: Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz 2.19GHz
Installed memory (RAM):2.00GB
System Type:64-Bit Operating System

Even if you could it would not be a good idea, laptops dont have the proper cooling for it, and most already run hot as it is.

Welcome to OCN and you can overclock it but it will overheat. Like disturbed117 said. They don't have proper cooling.

OMG thanks for the fast reply & but my temperature is normally at 60C wen it hot doesnt really go above that and i saw on youtube a overclocked laptop and i saw a comment that said he overclocked hes laptop and only 5 degrees more and do you think if i do it to my laptop it will be good or bad? & do you think my laptop good for gaming?

Not all laptops have the same cooling, results will vary from one to another,
Just because his temps only raised 5c does not mean yours would be the same.
after you start overclocking a chip the temps will start climbing Depending on what voltage the chip requires. its just not worth the risk on a laptop, in my opinion.

oh ok but i heard that my graphic card cant be overclocked? Only NVIDIA AND ATDI
