Using OCCT/FURMARK core clocks all over the place,,, HELP?

so i am trying to test for stability on my 6970's oc

i can run 3dmark11

http://3dmark.com/3dm11/2013030?show_ads=true&page=%2F3dm11%2F2013030%3Fkey%3DExWouUKnb9eq5fvp4y3zlg

thats my score and breakdown. running the bf3 drivers

using msi afterburner my setup is 1.3v 990core 1450 mem

the graphs during the test looks normal imo. most tests make the gpus hit 99% ish and temps are great 60 max both cards.

during occt and furmark the usage is low and clocks are being dumed down so i am not really stressing it to see if its stable.

CCC is off so that means no 20% power... i have to have CCC off because i can't oc using msi and maintain 20% power with CCC at the same time.

so i am at a loss.

if there is a way to force the 20% power and still have ability to OC using msi i would love to hear about it. The second I turn on msi and set my clocks the 20% power from CC is reset to 0%

I can do that without problem. Really.
Just set Power Tune + 20% at CCC, close CCC, start MSI AfterBurner, and set adjust your OC settings.
Furmark is not the only to test the stability. Try some games. Especially the one you currently play.

You have many threads of the same subject and responded to you but you never checked or simply don't give feedback/ignore it.

When you go into ccc and set power 20% are you leaving the clocks alone?

When you close it do you mean like through task manager? How do you confirm it's still running at 20% if ccc is closed?
