I would much rather be using a D14 or SA, but my case won't allow it. And I have no idea how long you've been in the computer scene, but I have old copper heatsinks from like 8+ years ago that still haven't oxidized yet.

Air coolers oxidize very slowly and some rubbed alcohol can take care of it if it happens.
