Gigabyte UD3 static from speakers and headphones

I recently build my first computer and it had a UD3 am3+ mobo, but whenever i plug in anything for sound i get a static or buzzing noise, and i hear certain sounds when ever i click my mouse or move my mouse any suggestions on how to fix this. Thanks

It's probably a grounding issue, especially if using the front headphone jack in the case.

I have an 890fxa ud5 and get the same thing through the front jack on my phantom.
Rear output on the motherboard works fine.

If this is the case for you too I'd just use a 3.5mm extension from the rear port
