i7-2860QM with GTX560/570M vs i7 2600K with GTX570

Thread Starter
So i'm having a hard time whether to buy the Sager NP8170 that has the i7-2860QM and GTX 560M/570M with 750GB and 80GB SSD with 8GB RAM vs i7 2600K with GTX 570 1TB and 64GB SSD with 8GB RAM. For most time on computer I might be doing HD video editing or playing games at 1080P and i'm having a hard time to decide which one to pick. The problem is i'm a bit worried that the i7 2600K build with GTX 570 will sky rocket my electric bill as i work nearly 12hr a day most time 6hr because I go to school. Also the laptop will cost a bit less $2300 ish compared to the total price of the i7 2600K build which is $2500 ish because I plane to use it with SA27A950D.

I also have no idea how much hr battery the Sager NP8170 has with GTX 570 and i7-2860QM. So if any one founds out how much battery life it has it will help me decide better.

Desktops > Laptops

That Mobile i7 is very very slow compared to the 2600k and the 570M is not as powerful as the 570

The i7 2600K and GTX 570 are really efficient, and faster.

You cannot overclock the i7 2860QM, and the GTX 560M/570M is equivalent in performance to a stock GTX 460 at stock (or somewhere close to there). Not to mention the laptop equivalent will consume more power than your desktop. You'll have about 2 hour battery life on the laptop.
