your tuner cards probably do not work due to the broadcast standards in your area.

Cut the cord last summer and has been ok since. I miss my sports sometimes, but sometimes you can find a live streams for what I want. I've been using Astraweb + Sickbeard and Couchpotato for TV and movies.

I've been streaming everything from my desktop to my Patriot Box Office in the living room, but I just purchased parts for an HTPC. Looking forwards to setting up XBMC with Sickbeard and Couchpotato.

the one cable may be the old stuff, and other may be the new stuff. the channels may be blocked if you're not using a cable box.

I haven't paid for or watched cable in many, many years and I stopped listening to radio before satellite radio came out. I also haven't watched more than half a dozen movies in theaters since the first Matrix. Despite that, I do enjoy movies, some series and have a nonsense collection of music. I just find television to be unbearable - I know radio has come light years since FM.

I've been trying out Hulu+ and I'm really loving the selection of shows, despite the occasional commercial. I'm confident that I'll be just fine with a Netflix 1BD out / Hulu+ subscription combo and a good internet connection.

I will be moving into a new apartment next month and I don't plan on transfering my cable tv account over. I'm just going to stick with internet.
Netflix, Hulu, OTA and XMradio will be it.

There have been some great suggestions in this thread that I will need to check out. Any suggestions on Over the Air antennas?

Can anybody tell me which websites have good rss feeds for tv-shows?
The rss feed of piratebay isn't working (anymore) and the feed on dailytvtorrents seems out of date.

Any tips here would be greatly appreciated!
