Yup, 1.500v PLL is fine, anything less I haven't really experimented with, but reducing PLL from 1.550v as earlier to 1.500v more recent has allowed my vcore to go about 0.010v lower than original stable required value (which was +0.025v at the current speed).

I will try reducing vccio until the system becomes unstable (e.g. crash, or at worse case scenario no boot (but BIOS should recover on second boot from that problem)). I'm now also running the latest version of the BIOS (07??) before the beta (09??) version.

Once I've finished playing with vccio I will try reducing PLL further, I'll update shortly.

For the VCCSA/IO, I wouldn't go much lower than the 1.050v or you will have to lower your memory speed less than 1600mhz.

Why are you trying to lower all these settings so low? With your cooler, you should be able to run 4.8ghz just fine with staying around 70c. I don't really recommend lowering everything as low as possible. You mite hurt something sooner than later by doing so.

Well I want to keep temperatures less than 75C whilst folding when the system isn't being used by me. To achieve 4.8GHz with hyperthreading on I need a voltage in the 1.4's, which brings my temperature closer to 75C+, that combined with the voltage makes me wonder how long my chip may last under those conditions. What I'm trying to do is lower any voltage that isn't deemed to be dangerous to lower that could help reduce temperatures, but I think the VCCIO may have to remain at default as I did get a BSOD on test 10 (another even numbered test as usual) with the usual 0x124 (I rarely see a 0x101 whenever I get a BSOD on this motherboard lol :x).

I can do 4.9GHz with about 1.45v~ without hyperthreading, obviously not with, but hyperthreading adds to the temperature anyway.

I'll keep PLL at 1.50v, unless that too is dangerous?
