I've noticed that when I listen to music sometimes the sound stutters, somehow it feels related to when the CPU under heavly load.

Is there anything I can do? It's regarding ASUS Thunderbolt, I've got it on a PCI-e x16(in x8 mode) on a Rampage III Extreme Black Edition.

The sound works fine over optical, but not when running with my headphones.

Thanks for any suggestions
