No

@ OP,
Your CPU @ 4Ghz is ~100W
GTX 570 overclocked ~ 270W(can touch 300W if overvolted)
GTX 560Ti overclocked ~ 210W(will reach 250W if overvolted)
GTX 560 overclocked ~ 180W(will reach 220W if overvolted)
everything else you listed <50W

^that's while running stress tests.

It's pretty simple to see how any solid 600W unit is plenty for any variation of your build, while the Lepa will even allow for 570 SLI

I'm sorry for the delay. I lost my connection to OCN and so I gave up.

Here are all of the 750W modular PSUs under $150 shipped that I can recommend from Newegg (if it's not a 750W, then I specify it):

  2. 775W Thermaltake Toughpower XT for $125.98 after shipping
  3. XFX "XXX" Edition for $135.98 after shipping, comes with a $30 Mail-In Rebate
  4. Corsair TX750M for $129.99 shipped, comes with a $15 Mail-In Rebate
  5. NZXT HALE90 for $145.98 after shipping
  6. Corsair HX750 for $149.99 shipped, comes with a $10 Mail-In Rebate
