Phenom II 965 + MSI GD70 790FX

Thread Starter
Well I was planning on doingthing once Bulldozer came out to go BD if it was good but sadly its not so I am probably gonna be grabbing a 2600K soon.

What Im curious about is how much I could get my current processor and mobo to sell for. I was thinking $170-$200 (CPU;$90~$100, Mobo $70~$100) for both would be fair? Input please.

Sounds about right to me . . . aim a bit higher than what you're looking for that way the buyer haggles it down to the price you're looking for ;P

I got a 965 for $70 just a few days ago. Most other people are selling them for $85.

The problem with setting a high price is that people are afraid to haggle. Ti's why I got such a great deal on all of my components(minus the CPU since that was on a '6hr sale'.

I say $150-175 total.

All this assuming you are listing it now...
Maybe more a while down the road but not likely. Alot of people are selling your parts or better at more competitive prices atm.

Honestly Ill most likely be selling it to a friend so I don't want to rip him off if most people are selling for lower, real as long as I get like ~$200 ill be ok and able to upgrade to the 2600K. So Ill tell him $170 for both good deal?

Thanks for all the help though!
