RAID10 Degraded due to failed drive

Probably a stupid question but what's the best way to determine which drive is bad so I can remove it from my computer and RMA it? What I mean is, how do I determine which port the failed drive is plugged into on my Mobo?

Also, will my RAID volume continue to function with the drive physically removed from the computer the same way it is now just being marked as a failed drive?

during post you should be brought to the RAID manager screen, you should see there which drive has failed. You should be able to function normally until you get the drive back and rebuild the array
