^ No, Reflux is part of the "I will think whatever the CS 1.6 scene wants me to think" crowd. Basically anything that threatens the longevity of CS 1.6 is faced with a lot of hostility and anger.

1.6 died for me when mouse acceleration was hardwired into the game. Could never remember how to fix it. So I kept going on and off from playing it and eventually just stayed with CSS. But CSS does not have even remotely close the skill level required as 1.5.

And I agree with the statement about 1.5 being more skillful than CSS.

Personally, I felt like CSS just didn't have that competitive feel to it. The recoil and head-bobbing in CSS just felt weird for competitive play.
