I mean, I have a big case (HAF932) and don't really care about headroom....for $25 more is the 800w worth it?

Headroom is a good thing. Keeps temperatures low and efficiency high. The 700 would indeed power your system though.

Ahh I see. I'm a beginner and that was my first build, I want to thank you for all your help SgtHop. I'll go for either the 700w corsair or the 800w you recommended sometime this week, depending on my budget.
