It all depends on what 750W you had and the setup in question.. in this case 750 will be more than enough for 560Ti SLI + physx, for 580s you will need more.

As far as connectors go, the Strider Plus 1000W comes with 6x PCIe.. however, I would go for the Rosewill Lightning 800 for the 560Ti setup.. or if you're sure about the 580s, Enermax Revo 85+ 920W.
