For a single card, I don't think it will be noticeable. From what I have seen here, most with your CPU in CrossfireX configuration will be bottlenecked by the CPU. CPU OC will help but not sure by how much.

If you want to know if your cpu is bottleneck in your configuration( which it isn't ), turn settings to a minimum while crossfire is on. Try for the lowest resolution you can with the software you are using to benchmark( something smart that will utilize all cores ) then monitor your cpu.

Be sure you have the latest drivers for your board as well as your gpu. Some games and benchmarks tax the cpu harder than the gpu by the nature of the coding, but what I have found is most RTS titles illustrate a sound balance between the two.
