Thanks but I live in new zealand they dont ship here! And I really want a 120hz 3d vision one, I could probably get the vg236h this week, or if I hold off a month or two I could get the vg278h when it comes out, its a tough choice!!!
I say go for it, and don't look back!

Or if you wanna hold off for the new one, buy the old one, then get the new one, then give me your old one for me telling you to wait...

Oh that is a lot more reasonable haha

I would wait for the 27". I think the wait would be worth it!

You think I should just get the 23" one?

I want to know how different they are, apparently the new one has some new super bright colour and image technology which sounds cool and it comes with 3d vision 2 glasses

but the 23" one is cheaper... I wonder if anyone with a 23" 3dvision monitor wishes they had a larger one or if it will be big enough...

I have a 23" non-3D monitor...but if I was gaming on that dinosaur I would go with the 23" and save for the 27" then sell the 23" later. Forget a whole bunch of doing ANYTHING on that little screen. LOL.

I have three asus vg236h monitors and I love them. For triple screen I could never do bigger unless I was going into portrait mode (Personal preference) I say that if you want to triple screen go for the 23in but for a single monitor solution 27in does not sound so bad either.

I have read about the updates and I have no regrets with buying these monitors. They will forever update everything it really just depends on what you want

I agree with the people in here. Buy a 120 Hz monitor. IPS, TN or VA doesnt matter. 60 Hz is horrible for gaming.

oh yeah? whats your monitor?

And by "people in here" I assume your referring to me, since it has been my intention to get one all along?

By the way, when it comes to 120hz, there are only TN panels out at the moment anyway

Triple screen on a 120hz monitor? I dont think so, not for me

I will be going single screen. I just wish there was a release date for this monitor, because thats pretty much all that matters - I could buy the 23" tomorrow if I wanted. But then I know in a couple weeks, or maybe it will be months - the 27 will come out and I will go DAMN

Also, buying a 23 then selling it 2 months later toward a 27 is out of the question, will lose too much money.
