AMD Athlon II X2 240 Stable?

HELLO I've Recently overclocked my CPU from 2.8 ghz to 3.2 ghz but without changing voltage i've used OCCT for stability testing and tested my CPU for an hour should i run it much longer to really assure if it's stable or if it's really stable pls reply Oh by the way my voltage is 1.33 V and my temps are 29 on idle and 39 on load using a Deep Cool Ice Edge 200T Cooler

if it didnt turn of or BSOD within that hour i can say that its pretty stable for daily use
