I might pick up an actual reference GTX 570 from MSi locally for $250 cash, then buy an EVGA GTX 570 off of Amazon for $329.99 Shipped. $330 + $250 = $580 total, which is the exact amount I would've ended up with after the MIR on these bastard-child 570s.

Don't downgrade. You will miss the power.

Besides, you might need the extra VRAM and CUDA cores to max the latest games at your resolution and refresh rate.

Is it actually a 470 PCB? Check the vrms, honestly if it really is a 470 pcb it's more robust and better than the reference 570 PCB. Instead of four vrms that pop, you have five.

I wouldn't fret over a 470 PCB as a reference 570 owner.
