General Announcement 10-17-2011 - Page 2

You saved my skin numerous times and didn't even know it with your vids. If I needed to see how something came apart or went together, chances are you have a video for it. I hope, as do many, that you will continue to stay active on the forums and stop and say hi once in a while. This is the end of an era. With Syrillian gone and now CD calling it quits, the 2 biggest names in case modding on ovrrclock.net won't be modding anymore. A sad time indeed.

You'll be happy to know I was using Daniel's wire stripper today. Thank you so much.

Sucks to see you go man. I was actually planning on having you do some work for me soon, but I won't be ready for it in time. Good luck to you man, I hope you eventually open back up.

I'll agree with that. Since joining this forum I've always had a desire to send you work because it is simply awesome the magic you can work with stuff. Unfortunately, having just graduated college and having student loan people breathing down your neck takes priority over accessorizing your computer, especially when you have to answer to your wife at the end of the day about where your money went!! I wish we lived in that movie, where the currency is time, because you would most likely be one of the richest people on the planet. I can't tell you how much time I spent looking over your works, watching your videos, and just sitting back in admiration. You have a passion for what you do, and in my opinion you are a true artist. I hope you have the ability to get back into this line of work, and get back into it soon. Enjoy the time with the family though, and glad that you'll still be hanging around the forums!!!

Well I am sure I will have plenty of projects to keep me busy, but at a hobby level. I need to move on from this crazy "business" that takes all my time and energy and do something I can leave behind when I clock out. PC modding over runs my life I'm either thinking about it or doing it or showing it off.
