Windows updates on gaming computer. Yay or nay?

Thread Starter
Really trivial question but Im interested in your opinion on this issue: I just made a fresh install of Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, I like disabling unnecessary services and keep the whole thing really light on resource usage I guess... (don't even use antivirus on this computer).

Should I just go ahead and install those? (this includes service pack)

Thanks bros! (Y)
