So, probably you burn one of the vrms...reference GTX570 are known to do this with overclock.

i tried at stock, and it was slightly better, but i was still getting corrupted textures and color changes in multiple games

Then simply RMA it if it's not working at stock. Zotac is supposed to have pretty good customer service.

That memory clock seems high. You have to remember that taking it too far kills it.
You should just contact Zotac and RMA. They are pretty good, at least I've had a good experience with them, not sure about US service but it should be. Good luck

its within 30 days so its already on its way back to newegg. no problem there, i'm just confused, i'm not a genius with overclocking, but i'm always very careful. there are people that have run the mem on these cards @2300
