Event ID 41 is a reboot without a clean shutdown.

Is there any other critical/warning event prior to that?

Unplug the laptop and remove the battery. Check to see if memory has become dislodged and reseat. Press and hold the power on button for 30 seconds. Replace the battery and plug the power cord in and power on.

If it's from the factory, then it should still be under warranty. Call Dell support.
