Which of these Monitors is best?

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I'm going to be getting a new monitor in a month or two but am unsure about which of these is best.

I'll be using this primarily for gaming. I want a very nice clear picture and don't care about colour accuracy.

So which of these do you think is best?
ViewSonic VX2453MH - $270NZ
Asus VE247H - $276NZ
Asus ML239H - $279

Or is it worth paying the extra bit to get this one? Remembering that I don't care about colour accuracy, just having a nice clear picture.
Dell Ultrasharp U2313HM - $359

Thanks for any help!

If you want a nice clear picture then go for the one with the highest pixel count.

If you do not care for colour accuracy, there is no need for the ultrasharp. Not had any experience with those other ones though so can't help there, sorry!

Okay so the Ultrasharp does not have any benefits other than colour accuracy? Meaning will one of the other monitors provide just as nice an image as it?

And all of them are 1080p and the same screen size (or near enough) so does that mean they will be just as clear as each other?

In theory yes.

Not sure as I haven't used the other monitors, but my guess would be that the Ultrasharp may be of slightly higher picture quality, but not justifiable against the cost unless you care about colour accuracy also.

If its mostly for gaming and you have a decent budget, you could always look for a 120Hz monitor, they are supposed to be great if you have the hardware to push out the FPS for it.

Hmmmmmm I'll only be using a GTX 560 Ti so I don't think its worth getting a 120 Hz is it? Unless I just play Age of Empires or something

EDIT: Okay I just checked 120 Hz prices here in NZ.... bit much for me!
