Overclock Crossfire crash using Afterburner, disable ULPS.

3. For ALL instances (keep pressing F3) change the "1" value to a "0".
4. Reboot PC.
5. Force constant voltage in Afterburner
6. Disable "Low level hardware monitoring...." in Afterburner.
7. Enable Unofficial overclocking.

1000 core
