Samsung Fascinate
Beautiful 4" super amoled screen. And I believe the Fascinate supports MHL so you can use this to output from micro-usb to HDMI

Edit: dang, didn't realize it man... sorry to get your hopes up like that

The Droid 855 deal of the day on their home page is amazing. If only I was told of it earlier, I'd have it shipped to someone in the US I know already.
The Fascinate would fall north of my intended budget. If you knew me, I tend to only snap buys on great deals.

EDIT: Aaaand to top it off, it sold out. Ah well, till tomorrow, guys.

I'm sure you can find a good deal in their smartphones still; but I think that deal was just posted recently and will be up for a while. Regardless, good luck sir

They've got some seriously good deals in the smartphones section.... wow

Deals that seem recurrent, so recurrent that I may be able to cash in even if I have to come back after a few days (I actually need to raise about $50 right now )
Thanks for introducing me to that site

No problem; it's actually like the warehouse/ liquidation site for best buy. When they get returns to the store or something like that and aren't able to re-sell it in store they sell it on there or on ebay through there.

I know the site is legit because I snagged a Logitech MK710 wireless keyboard/mouse combo that retailed for almost $100 at the time for $32 shipped

Its a cheapo solution, and Im not sure if they have the Shack in Canada, but during black friday this bad boy

http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...uctId=11528791

will be $50. Not bad, seeing as you can update it to 2.2.

^ I saw that at NCIX for $90. I was told it's a very slow tablet.
I'm particularly convinced on heading the smartphone route for the sake of a direct iPod Touch replacement and will probably hold on to the HP TouchPad until I can get a bit of extra cash for a 7" tablet (if I deem it necessary).

I'm getting a Motorola Milestone Android phone today for $80. Not only is it taking over in place of the iPod Touch, but I can transfer my SIM card to it and it can take over as my cellphone as well

As for Cowboom, it appears their warehouse is located in Chino, CA. Wow, I have family friends there I can have em immediately pick up stuff for me and ship it here, probably at little to no extra cost. (It just so happens that one of those family friends works for USPS )

No votes for the nook color? I love mine.

Also the galaxy s player that comes in a 5" model could work. Or find a dell streak.

7" isn't exactly pocket size unless you wear a blazer alot. That's the only piece of clothes I've found that my nook fits in the pockets. Not to mention you can get a nook color for like 150-160.

Best price/quality ratio ever. That site has shipping costs though.

Without shipping costs this one is best:

Ehh good price but never get a tablet with a TFT screen. They just aren't responsive enough for a tablet.
