Please excuse the obvious mess in my room, (it is covered in wires, car parts, and tools both for cars and computers)
Does the cardboard actually work? Mine is running really hot without it's panels so do you think if I put cardboard or something like that to replace the side panels it may run cool again?

Yeah i used 4 pieces 2 a little larger than the part you see and 2 smaller ones to seal it

Goes big, small, big, small and helps get a good wind tunnel going. Had to do this after someone put a big old hole in my window (it was cheap to begin with anyway)

Oh and it also helps keep sound down just a bit.

If I don't win this awesome case, I will have to try that then, I can't have this case running so hot. But I still need to figure out a good place for my PSU O.O Tho I think I'll try the cardboard right now to see if it's any cooler.

I had some parts here and there, but had to use some OEM stuff because of funding. Birthday was coming up fast and I didn't have a case. I had to improvise. I made her case out of a box. And if I do say so, it doesn't look terrible
Once I gave it to her, I could tell she was skeptical about it. I kept telling her its only temporary. 8+ months later, its still being used. This would be so nice to surprise her with.

Here are some shots.

Thanks for the chance to win this beautiful case!

HAHAHAHAHA, HOLY WOW LMAO That is so funny!! now I call that SUPER Ghetto!! but its pretty sweet_

Do what i do and stick fans in every possible place =D seriously though i've spent more on fans than i did on my case like 4 years ago =s. Seriously though awesome case, hope it goes to someone who needs it not just someone that doesn't have a case for their 3rd computer.

Haha thanks man, the girlfriend thought it was pretty ghetto too
It worked out pretty nice, with decent air flow too. The temps are lower than I thought but its pretty damn loud. Thats the only complaint besides that it is uglier than sin.

She would love the new case.
