Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer PCI

About 1.2 year(s) old and well kept. Never overclocked and only moderately used. The GTX 560ti is only a month or two old.

As a whole? Maybe $600-700 with or without shipping.

Individually? Considering the Xeon an 1156 i7: $140-160
H50: $40-50, maybe lower for a quick sale.
Mobo: $80-100, not many good reference points atm...
RAM: $30
560ti: $200-220
2x1TB F3: $40 each, $75-80 combo
Sound: $35-45, not really sure

You parting out or selling as a whole (with case?)?

Well it was an appraisal for a friend's rig, but he decided he's gonna just hide it from his parents instead.
