ive caught myself bottoming out less and less. but i still get a couple of clack noises here and there. the only way i dont bottom out at all is when im typing slow to avoid doing it lol

I know I should be ashamed, but I have a 5500 BT combo mouse keyboard, do they make wireless mechs?

yes.

it might take you awhile to learn to not bottom out. since we are all so used to rubber dome keyboards, it has become second nature to press a key all the way down.


but you'll eventually learn young padawan.

try hovering your hands over the keyboard and dont apply to much force on the keys.

I think the issue is I type with way too much force, too. I don't know, it's just how I've always typed.

Is bottoming out bad?

excessive noise, might make you type a little bit slower since you're going pass the activation point with no real benefit. and might make your fingers tired?
