BSOD + program crashing

Everything was running perfectly fine up until a few weeks ago I had purchased a Corsair H100. When I installed it I noticed the cpu was running at 90c idle and soon after my pc would shutdown, this happened a few times as I was trying to determine what was wrong. Eventually I ended up returning it for a refund and re-installed my H50. Since then I have been experiencing some serious issues with my computer. At times it seems perfectly stable, I can play games or surf the net without any issues, other times random programs would cease and crash repeatedly. When I reboot my pc will restart repeatedly once it got to bios splash screen until I turned the computer off manually. After 2-5 minutes I'll boot back up and windows would load up fine as if nothing had happened.

Few examples of whats happening
Pretty much any program I have installed has crashed at least once, these include Skype, Steam, Fraps, World of Warcraft and Ventrilo. I'll be surfing the net with Firefox and out of nowhere my computer would BSOD. Occasionally after a fresh boot I'll attempt to open Firefox but the browser would crash instantly, same results if I attempt to open the browser again.

I'll be playing a game of league of legends and suddenly my game would crash to desktop, I would start the client again and it will just repeatedly crash to desktop or I would get into the game but I would have texture issues. I would reboot and that seems to fix the issue at least until it occurs again, which is very often.

I recently had to install a fresh copy of windows because of corrupt files due to overclocking but all of the above is occurring while the computer is completely stock and as far as I can tell nothing is over heating. According to Everest the cpu is idling at high 20's, both video cards are in the mid to high 30's and the motherboard is at 25c. Video drivers are Nvidia 280.26 and I am using the Gigabyte F8 bios.

What I have determined so far...

Video cards - both seem to work but I have since removed 1 to see if I get any problems.
RAM - Haven't tested to make sure they're both working correctly just yet. Is Prime 95 good enough to check for instabilities?
CPU - Seems to be fine. I had it at 4.5ghz but maybe it wasn't as stable as I had previously thought.
Motherboard - Seems to work fine?
HDD/SSD - As far as I can tell they all seem to work fine.

I'll be testing the ram tonight but other than that I can't find what is causing the problem.

Any suggestions?

Might sounds stupid but are the fans on your H50 properly hooked up? Not sure if this can happen but perhaps you overclocked/cooked your cpu so much that you damaged it?

Yeah they're hooked up correctly. It's possible I may have damaged the cpu but it seems to run fine and it was even o/c at one point without problems or so it seems.

I booted into safe mode and ran a custom Prime 95 with 8178MB of ram usage for 2 hours (I know 2 hours isn't much but I'll run it longer when I go to bed) with no problems. I rebooted back into windows normally and while surfing the internet I got another bsod; Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area 0XFFFFF8800C4031D0

I turned off my pc and switched the ram stick to slots 2 and 4, loaded back into windows and so far it seems stable.

I'm really at a loss for words. I don't know what to do other than sending parts in for rma. Please help.

Let us know if moving the RAM solved the problem - It could have been as simple as re-seating it

If not. . . .

Try rolling back the Nvidia drivers to 275.33
What results do you get with just one or the other of your Video cards?
Have you moved the pagefile from the SSD to your other drive? If so, try moving it back.
Try downloading and running memtest: http://www.memtest.org/

Got another bsod; IRQL not less or equal
moving the ram around produced the same results.
both cards seemed to give the same results but I'm using the evga atm and I installed 275.33 drivers.
I didn't move the page file.
I haven't tried memtest yet but I will after I have exhausted all other options.

Computer seems to run fine in safe mode with network access (firefox hasn't crashed once) I ran a full disk defrag on all drives. So maybe my windows install is corrupted? or possibly the ssd itself?
