Need some help please:rolleyes:

I went through Seans optimising tips and done some, now i cant open steam or install it, keep getting "internal error 2203" I googled the error and tried the fix but didnt work.

Can someone give me a hand trying to sort this out please

just ordered a pair of 64gb M4s yesterday, one for my sig rig, one for a rig i am building for my mom
now, her rig will be a freshly built a75 llano rig, so it will have SATA3
my rig on the other hand, does not.
are there possibly tricks to get the best real-world performance i can out of a SATA2 bus for this drive?
or, are there very inexpensive SATA3 cards that are worth my while? my only bus options are PCI, and PCI-E1.0 1x, so i doubt it.
