Ah ok, thank you sir.
Mine is aligned to 234496K. I did a UEFI boot to the Windows DVD, and installed to a GPT disk. There is an EFI System Partition, a Microsoft Reserved partition (MSR), and a Windows partition.

I previosly tried a normal boot with install on Master Boot Record disk. I was told that booting would be way faster on EFI vs MBR, however, from my experience this was proven wrong. It is pretty much the same. With EFI, I think the windows logo is up longer actually.

I'd like to join.

Running a 64gb M4 currently and hoping to get a larger one later this year.

I wonder how much of a speed increase I would actually notice from x58 intel sata 2 ports to the SB though?

You wont notice much coz main increase is in sequential speeds, which is hardly ever used in every day operations.

Yep. Though not sure if buying the 256gb instead of 128gb was the smartest thing to do, but oh well

If it isn't too much for you to handle, then that'd be great! It would make it a lot easier for everyone to compare SSD benchmarks...
