Here is the first AS-SSD test for my Crucial M4 128GB in my Sager NP8130 laptop:

as-ssd-benchM4-CT128M4SSD2122520117-45-27PM.png

I'm comparing the results in the AS-SSD benchmark thread but why is my "4K" speeds lower than normal? For other tests (seq, 4k-64Thrd, Acc.time) they seem to be on par with others.

I'm thinking it is just the controller on the mobo or some power saving feature.

Hey guys, just got a 128gb M4 for Christmas...haven't had time to do very much with it...but looking through at least the last few pages of this thread...it seems my drive is really weird compared to the others especially the other one in the photo. My 4k-64Thrd is almost one eight of his...what is wrong? The drive is running the 0009 firmware.

I'm officially joining the ranks - I just got 2x 128GB M4s! Can't wait to RAID them up in about a week.
