Booted in arround 10 sec total before getting into desktop.

Everything is fast as hell and i feel better. My SSD is working as it should.

Thanks sean. I'll rep you if it was possible...

Hey Sean, I'm just wondering something. A lot of people run that Intel Rapid Storage Driver, but my system (Asrock X79) kept having hard freezes and stalling every 10 seconds until I finally uninstalled the IRSD. Not only have I not had a problem since that time, but my SSD benchmark improved significantly than when IRSD was installed.

So what gives? Could it be a conflict with the motherboard? I updated the Bios and did the LPM fix prior to uninstalling the IRSD and had no change whatsoever. So the IRSD was my issue. Just wondering why so many people use the IRSD and for me it made everything worse?

IDK, some people have the same thing with their mobos, you are not the only one. Just keep trying the newest ones when they are released to see if you still get an issue. Possibly try a reinstall, I had a freezing issue that stopped after a reinstall.

Whenever I install IRST, my SSD performance increases, but my optical drives start randomly disappearing.confused.gif
