Radiator Fans plus Fan Controller

I am wondering which fans would give the best performance/looks for an XPSC RX360 radiator in a Silverstone Raven EV02-E case.
I really would prefer LED's to add interest.
There will also be green watercooling tubing inside.

Or just the good old (boring) 1800RPM Scythe Gentle Typhoons?
Or even another fan, but I don't want to spend too much...

I had that and it popped(build was nasty too). Personally I would go for a Lamptron FC2 they have a much higher rating per channel and a much better build quallity.

Thats what I have, they are a bit noisy but on the RX rad you could turn them down and still get an acceptable result.

My radiator came with the blue Yate Loon D12SL fans. They're good fans for what they are, I just bought Panaflo mediums to see what gains I could get out of them, and also jumped in to the GT2150 group buy to see if I could get the same performance with less room taken, quieter volume, and ability to scale down (Panaflo fans stop lower than about ~800 rpm, so you can only make them so quiet).

The Yate Loon D12SL fans are very solid performers though, and are inexpensive and have the blue LEDs. The brightness of the LEDs will vary with input voltage for controlling the fans, so keep that in mind (i.e. at lower RPM the LEDs are less bright, and at full fan speed the LEDs are brighter).

For a controller, I strongly recommend a Sunbeamtech Rheosmart 6. It's not very expensive (~$30), but it will take PWM signals from your motherboard, and adjust all fans accordingly (or you can manually control them). This allows you to use profile software with your mobo to adjust fan speed for how demanding the system currently is. I use it so that I never have to mess with fan speeds ever... They just adjust as needed... Eyefinity BF3 or Metro 2033? fans ramp up... just surfing the net or word processing, fans are down and silent. No muss no fuss.

I still stand by the recommendation for the Yate Loon D12SL LED fans. Great mid-speed fans for reasonable price.
