If I bought something from newegg and the seal was broke I'd take 2 seconds to inspect the condition of the items and make sure that everything was there. If AMD had a insert that listed specs that are not accurate, or included a coupon for a free water cooler kit that they do not want to distribute I have no problem with them asking the retailer to remove them vs shipping every single cpu back to the factory for a seal.

Okay...you get a new model motherboard from Newegg. Seal is broken. Nothing in there seems to be missing.
How do you know something isn't missing from the package? Newegg doesn't have the images up yet of what's included. Now you have to go call or chat them.
They could very easily setup a print to come out with an invoice to put in each box that there is an FX CPU on the order.
BTW, the underwear example was just to show you...how do you know if it's used or not when you get it.
