Yuck.

It's Molex part number 46999-0024 (24 circuits, tin pins, black housing). Out of interest, what soldering iron tip are you planning to use to attach this to your motherboard? wink.gif

I have a Weller WD 1001 with very very fine tips. I messed around with another electronics project today but I screwed the PCB up. I need to get something other than desoldering wick to clean out the holes in the PCB. Does anyone have advice on a good desoldering tool?

Liquid rosin helps the flow enormously with desoldering wicks. Also a wide chisel tip rather than a fine point. Nothing wrong with the WD1001.
