Heat is not a problem, just stick a 120mm in front of it

well its opened box and i asked customer service about the warranty and they said 30 days from retailer and u get warranty from zotac as long as you register withing 30 days.

Ok guys i think im gonna forget the 6950, the difference in price is to small compared to a 570 or a 480.

Its either a 570 or a 480 at this point, i think, idk why im tempted ot get the 480-____- . You know what ill try the 480, if i dont like it ill return it( I checked and the retailer is pretty close by so not an issue)

But then again LOL i can call it a day and grab the 570 >_<.

BTW this will be running on an antec 550w i think psu (haven't decided yet) Is that an issue?

i have mine at 820/2000 @ 1v, which is around 580 levels and it never goes over 75C at 80% fan.
I don't think it's over exaggerated. 75C at 80% fan is pretty high. Most of the cards I used only reach 75C when testing it with Furmark. Also, you have an Antec 300 which gives the GPU a lot of fresh cool air. Check out the case he's using.

+1

That's pretty important. However, I do remember the Corsair 400W being a pretty impressive PSU though.

I was thinking about this one:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16817371016

Or i can get the fatal1ty PSU from OCZ which i currently use but i hear OCZ is pretty bad( Not that iv had issues)

Also in terms of noise, would the 480 be lounder than my 5830 at max fan speed?

hey man just a fair warning on open box. They come with awesome deals but plan on missing some cords or whatever else would come with the card. I bought an open box mobo and had to order all my cables separately
