ram 1600mhz timings! help

i got patriot sector 5 1600mhz

in 1333 timings are 7 9 77 25 1t

on 1600 timings are 11 11 11 30 1t

is that bad???, i cant not lower the timings in 1600 won start!

help please!

what are the stock timings? is it 1600MHz ram or did you overclock it to 1600?

well I got some vengeance here with 9 9 9 24 1t @1600MHz

Its fine, might need to bump up the voltages if you try to tighen up the timing more.

I would jut keep them at 1333

you wont notice the difference much in day to day activity unless your uncompress zip files like a mad man.

LOL, that's some garbage RAM if so. I can't imagine any RAM marketed toward overclockers or gamers (that's what the Sector 5 branding is for, right?) to be that bad. You probably just need to pump some more volts through your sticks.

That's some bad timings. I'm running 1866 vengeance at 1774 7-9-8-15 2T and people call that bad. Try running > 1.6 volts to the dram and do 9-9-9-24 timings.
